NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th June, 2025
F. No. 1/3/2025/HP-I/Estt./1945-52—“In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) & (iii) of
sub-section (3) and sub-section (9) of section 193 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read
with Notification S.O. No. 2506(E) dated 28-06-2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of
India, the Lieutenant Governor of National capital territory of Delhi hereby makes the following
amendments in Notification no 1/3/2025/HP-I/Estt/490-498 dated 01.03.2025 issued by this Government,
namely:
"In the said notification, in the Annexure-A, serial numbers 11 and 12 shall be read as 10A and 11,
respectively. The subsequent entries shall be renumbered starting from serial number 12 onwards."
