No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-3523.-Whereas, heavy flow of traffic is causing obstruction in smooth discharge of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on lane connecting Sujan Mohinder Road to Mathura Road via Police Station New Friends Colony, New Delhi; And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on the lane connecting Sujan Mohinder Road to Mathura Road via Police Station New Friends Colony to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users; Now, therefore, I, S.K. Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic, (HQ-II), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement on the lane connecting Sujan Mohinder Road to Mathura Road via Police Station New Friends Colony, from Sujan Mohinder Road side towards Mathura Road for all type of motor vehicles, till further orders. This order shall be published in the official gazette and affixed on the notice boards of the offices of traffic police and local police of the area for the information of the general public. The concerned road owning/maintaining agencies shall erect corresponding mandatory/regulatory signboards indicating the restriction in the area for guidance and convenience of all concerned.
