No. DE.4(6)/(210)/E-IV/2003/PT-II/1028.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi published in the Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV vide Notification No. F. No. DE. 4(6)/(210)/E-IV/2003/pt-II/77 dated 24th February, 2022 relating to recruitment rules to the post of Assistant Teacher (Primary).
