In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3, read with clause (e) of Section 2 of the National Security Act, 1980, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has authorized the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, to exercise the powers of detaining authority under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the aforesaid Act. This authorization is valid for the period from July 19, 2025, to October 18, 2025. The order is issued by order and in the name of the Lt. Governor and signed by SANJEEV KUNDU, Dy. Secy.
