Governor of Delhi notified fees for the academic year 2024-25 as specified in Schedule I, in partial modification of the Notification dated 10.04.2023. Colleges are directed to either fully refund any excess fee charged in the academic year 2024-25 based on the notification dated 10.04.2023 within one month from this notification, or adjust it against subsequent academic year fees for students admitted in 2024-2025. All other contents of the notification dated 10.04.2023 remain unchanged, except as modified herein. Schedule I details rectified fees for institutes like Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Computer Application and Management (e.g., MCA at 171500, BJMC at 104800), Institute of Information Technology & Management (e.g., BBA at 104800, MBA at 171500), and Trinity Institute of Professional Studies (e.g., BA JMC at 104800, BA LLB at 106500) for various courses for the academic year 2024-25, stating these are at par with other institutes in the A+ category as notified vide notification dated 04.04.2022, based on the Revised Grade awarded by the 5th SFRC (State Fee Regulatory Committee) after review and reassessment vide its Report dated 11.01.2023.
