The Home (Police-II) Department of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide notification dated 9th May, 2025 (F.No. 8/95/2020/HP-II/pt.file-IV/366-379), notified the fee structure for Sh. Amit Prasad, appointed as Special Public Prosecutor in Case FIR No. 212/2020 dated 22.08.2020 under sections 182, 193, 420, 464, 465, 466, 468, 471, 472, 473, and 120-B of the IPC, PS Special Cell, Delhi. This notification is issued by the Competent Authority under the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, based on the fee structure proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 28.03.2025. The approved fee structure includes Rs. 40,000/- for effective appearance per hearing, Rs. 20,000/- for non-effective appearance per hearing, Rs. 20,000/- per conference, Rs. 25,000/- per application drafting fee, Rs. 25,000/- for reply to application, Rs. 1,00,000/- for Substantive Petition/Appeal/Revision, and 10% of the full bill amount for Clerkage charges. This notification has the approval of the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
