Detailed Summary

The Department of Trade and Taxes (Policy and Research Branch) of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through Notification No. 17/2025-StateTax dated 10th December, 2025, has extended the time limit for furnishing the FORM GSTR-3B return. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Commissioner (State Tax), Neeraj Semwal, on the recommendations of the Council, has extended the due dates. For registered persons, the time limit for furnishing the return for the month of September, 2025, as specified under sub-section (1) of section 39, is extended till the twenty-fifth day of October, 2025. Similarly, for the quarter of July, 2025 to September, 2025, as specified under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 39, the time limit is also extended till the twenty-fifth day of October, 2025. These returns are to be furnished electronically through the common portal.
