No. 1/19/2018- Judi./Suptlaw/1499-1507 dated 19.08.2019, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with concurrence of Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi, hereby designate the Court of Special Judge (PC Act)/CBI-02, Rouse Avenue Court Complex and the MP/MLA Court of Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-23, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi as Special Courts with respect to categories of cases dealt with by these courts for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi to try the offences under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
