(V) The Central Government hereby appoint the following persons as members of the Committee for the purpose of carrying out the functions under the Act: 1. Smt. Aditi Gupta, Chairperson 2. Shri Kamal Singh, Member 3. Dr. Preeti Rao, Member (VI) The Committee shall meet at least once in three months. (VII) The quorum for the meeting of the Committee shall be two members. (VIII) The term of appointment of the Chairperson and Members of the Committee shall be for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette or until further orders, whichever is earlier. (IX) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be located in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. (X) The Central Government reserves the right to terminate the appointment of the Chairperson or any Member of the Committee at any time without assigning any reason. [F.
