However as per provision of rule 9(4) of Delhi Health Service (Dental Surgeon) Rules, 2022, the service rendered by them upto 5th May 2022 shall not be taken into account for determining the length of service or seniority for consideration for promotion on time scale basis subsequent to their placement at the initial constitution stage.
