No. 331 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA SG-DL-E-09122023-250547 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, 8th December, 2023 F.112/H&FW/20 20/Council/DMC/2821 -2827 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 and sub section (1) of section 4 of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 (Delhi Act 5 of 1997), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following amendments in earlier notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. F.112/H&FW/2020/Council/DMC/2092 -98 dated the 08th October, 2020: - In the said notification, in the entry at serial no. 9 in column 2, for ‘Dr. Niket Verma’, ‘ Dr. Sumit Arora’ shall be substituted Subject to provisions of the aforesaid Act, the term of office of the above member shall be for the remaining period from the date of publication of this Notification.
