NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 27th September, 2025
No. 78/Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966
(Act 26 of 1966) read with Sections 122 and 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and all other powers enabling it
in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendments to Rule 1 and 3 of Part B of Chapter
3 and Rule 3 of Part F(a) of Chapter 4 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V:-
In Part B of Chapter 3 of Volume V :-
1. In clause (a) of proviso of Rule 1 the alphabets and brackets “(xx)" appearing twice may be replaced
with the following alphabets and brackets “(xxi)” and;
2. In Rule 3(i), the alphabets and brackets “(xix)" appearing between the words "of clause" and "of
Rule 1" may be replaced with the alphabets and brackets "(xx)”."
In Part F(a) of Chapter 4 of Volume V :-
1. In Rule 3, the alphabets and brackets "(xx)" appearing between the words "in clause" and "of Rule
1" may be replaced with the alphabets and brackets “(xxi)”."
NOTE: THESE AMENDMENTS SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF THEIR PUBLICATION
IN THE GAZETTE.
