dated 24-06-2020 vide which 11 Special Public Prosecutors and Notification of even no. dated 26.07.2021 vide which
3 Special Public Prosecutors were notified in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs
Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority is pleased to further
appointment of Sh. Madhukar Pandey as "Special Public Prosecutor", U/s 15 NIA Act, 2008 to conduct all
proceedings in Case FIR No 22/20 U/s 124-A/153-A/153-B/505 IPC & 13 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, PS-
Crime Branch, and 59/20 dated 06.03.2020 under sections 120B/302/307/124–A/153-A/186/332/353/212/
395/427/341/435/436/452/454/109/114/147/148 /149/IPC and 25/27 Arms Act and 13/16/17/18 of UAP Act, 1967
and 3/4 PDPP Act, PS- Crime Branch on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter
dated 20.11.2024:-
