The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, has appointed two officers of the Delhi Judicial Service (Ms. Poonam Singh and Mr. Sachin) in a substantive permanent capacity. This appointment is made in pursuance of Rule 23 of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended. Both officers are confirmed with effect from March 25, 2024. The notification, No. F. 6/14/2024-Judl./PF/Suptlaw/2165-2169, was issued by the Department of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on December 4, 2025, and signed by Deepak Vats, Additional Secretary.
