Detailed Summary

The Development Department of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi issued Notification F. No. 7(50)/85-AHD/Part III/3763 on 6th November, 2025. In pursuance of Rule 3.1 of the Delhi Veterinary Council Rules, 1988, read with Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), New Delhi Notification No. 23-116/84-LDT (LHS) (Vol. II) dated 17th December, 1985, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has called upon persons enrolled in the Delhi Veterinary Practitioners Register, maintained under Chapter VII of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), to elect members for the Delhi Veterinary Council as per clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act. The notification was issued by order and in the name of the Lt. Governor, signed by SHURBIR SINGH, Secy.-cum-Commissioner.
