No. RD-K/6/2026-DDMA-REVENUE DEPARTMENT/1269.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 14 read with clause (s) of section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005), and in pursuance of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, and Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Notification No. S.O. 3753(E) dated 02.09.2024, and in partial modification of the Government of NCT of Delhi notification dated 15.09.2022 and the notification dated 21.11.2024, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies that the “Delhi Disaster Management Authority” shall henceforth be known as the “Delhi State Disaster Management Authority (DSDMA)”. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
