No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/CD No. 000181973/Pt. file/202.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004) and read with Rule 3, 4, 9 and 10 of the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal Rules, 2006 and Sub-Section (b) of Section 45 (D) of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023, Hon'ble Lt. Governor of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Narottam Kaushal, DHJS Officer as Chairman of Delhi Cooperative Tribunal for a period of 03 years with effect from 01.03.2024. Other terms and conditions of service shall be as envisaged in the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal Rules, 2006. By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
