F. No. 1/36/Panel/02/L&B/WC/Part-III/127-139.—In supersession of earlier notifications, the Lieutenant
Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the following Advocates as Government Pleaders/
Counsels within the meaning of Sub-Section (7) of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court
of Delhi at New Delhi and District Courts at Delhi in relation to any Suit, Appeal, CWP, CCP, RFAs and LPAs and
other proceedings by or against the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and/or Union of India in relation to the affairs in the Land
& Building Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi/ Land Acquisition Collector and/or Public Officer (s) whose defence
has been undertaken by it for a period of two years from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2027.

The appointment is terminable on one-month notice on either side. The appointment is subject to the terms
and conditions as contained in the Notification No.F.5 (2)/07/Lit./303-310 dated 18.03.2008 for the High Court and
F.5 (1)/2000-Lit./13289 dated 05.10.2000 for the District and Subordinate Courts issued by the Department of Law,
Justice & Legislative Affairs, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and also as may be prescribed from
time to time.
