No. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12 -13/Pt -1/ 892 -902.—Whereas Baprola Industrial Park was declared as Industrial Use Zone vide Notification No.3761 (E) dated 20th December, 2013, under Master Plan of Delhi -2021 issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India. Therefore, now in exercis e of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial Development Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares an area of 22.34 Hectare of the Baprola Industrial are a to be developed as Industrial Park as per above notification of Master Plan of Delhi and under provisions of the Delhi Industrial Development Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
