No. 6(5)/78-Fin(E-I))/Vol.II/DS-I/393.— The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Lieutenant Governor/Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Regulation of Income and Expenditure) Rules, 1994, namely:- 1. Short Title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Lieutenant Governor/Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Regulation of Income and Expenditure) (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2. Amendment in Rule 4: In the Lieutenant Governor/Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Regulation of Income and Expenditure) Rules, 1994, in rule 4, for the figures Rs. 20,000/-, the figures Rs. 10,00,000/- shall be substituted. 3. Amendment in Rule 5:- (i) After the words “writers in need of such assistance" and before the words “in addition to the purposes", the following words shall be inserted, namely:- "or to a persons in medical need who are not covered under Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna". (ii) The proviso existed under this rule after the words “provision of rule 4 above" shall be deleted, namely:- "the request of the applicant not covered under above category will be rejected or forwarded to Delhi Kalyan Samiti/Delhi Arogya Kosh as the case may be".
