No. DPCC/(12) (1) (493) Lab(A)/2024/ Pt-B/9970.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act No. 6 of 1981) and as per prescribed qualifications under Rule 16 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi hereby appoints following officers of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), as Government Analysts: 1. Dr. Nandita Moitra, Scientist-D, DPCC 2. Sh. Arvind Kumar- Scientist-B, DPCC These appointments are made for the purpose of analysis of air or emission samples sent to the said laboratory, which has been designated as the State Air Laboratory under sub-section (1) (b) of section 28 of the aforesaid Act, vide notification dated 7th April 2025.
