F. No. 8/190/2023/HP-II/528-541.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of
section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India,
Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent
Authority, is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to
represent State before the Ld. Trial Court, in the matter of case FIR No. 172/2021, u/s 21/25/29 NDPS Act,
PS Special Cell, New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter
dated 18.09.2023:-
