No. 370 PART II-I GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI HIGH COURT OF DELHI: NEW DELHI NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 5th January, 2024 No. 01 /Rules/DHC.-In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to make the following amendments in the "Delhi High Court Departmental Canteen Employees (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017" regulating the method of recruitment of Group 'B' and 'C' Non-Gazetted posts in the Departmental Canteen, High Court of Delhi :- THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE INSERTED AS NOTE-3 AND NOTE-4 AFTER THE EXISTING NOTE-2, AT THE END OF THE SCHEDULE-II :- "Note-3 : Viva-voce/interview marks shall not be more than 15% of the total marks of the written examination while making appointment through departmental examination as well as direct recruitment."
