No: F. 10(4)/SEC/MCD/Bye-Election/2025/21170.—In partial modification of the Commission's
Notification No. F.10(4)/SEC/MCD/Bye-Election/2025/20899 dated 08.10.2025 and in pursuance of the powers
conferred under section 7C of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended till date, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State
Election Commissioner of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of
Delhi, the officers shown in column No. 3 of the table below, as Assistant Electoral Registration officers to substitute
the existing Assistant Electoral Registration officers mentioned in column No. 2 as notified earlier for the wards of
Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 4. The Officer so appointed as Assistant Electoral Registration
Officers are also appointed as Assistant Returning Officers for the wards shown against each, under the provisions of
Rule 8 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Elections of Councillors) Rules, 2012 in connection with ensuing Bye
Election-2025 to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
