No. 19(48)/Sectt./Tpt./2025/223.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 115 read with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of public safety, smooth flow of traffic and convenience of general public do hereby prohibit/restrict, all the vehicles under the category of commercial vehicles, including e-Rickshaws and e-Carts loading/un-loading and parking their vehicles on road of Karol Bagh Market Delhi from 10:00 AM to 8.00 PM. This shall also be indicated by appropriate traffic signs placed or erected at suitable under section 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
