No. 174 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA SG-DL-E-04092024-256878 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART III] DELHI ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION CORRIGENDUM Delhi, the 3 rd September, 2024 No. F.11(2203)/DERC/2023 -24/8014/997 . – Whereas D elhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for establishment of the Forum and the Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of Electricity Consumers) Regulations, 2024 have been notified vide Delhi Gazette Notification dated 24.06.2024, NCTD No. 78. 2. Whereas certain discrepancies have been observed in the said Regulations, which need to be rectified by issuing following corrigendum: i. In Regulations 23, 44 and 52, figure ‘16’ wherever occurring, be substituted with figure ‘15’. ii. In Regulation 29, figure ‘11’ be substituted with figure ‘10’. iii. In Regulation 30, words ‘and the prioritisation of the grievance as per Regulation 7 above ’ be deleted and the word ‘ and’ be placed before the words ‘the gist’. iv. In Regulation 31(h), words ‘ for passing the Final Order ’ be deleted. v. In Regulation 45, words ‘ of the Forum’ be deleted. vi. In Regulation 53, word ‘reappointment’ be substituted with the words ‘ during the period of extension ’. vii. In Regulation 60, figure ‘32’, wherever it occurs, be substituted with figure ‘31’. viii. In the English version only in Regulation 65, word ‘ pass’ be substituted with ‘ be’. ix. In Regulation 69, in the words and expression ‘ said Monthly Reports’, word ‘Monthly’ be deleted .
