This notification, issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on August 1, 2025 (F. No. 6/1/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/1369-1377), announces the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sharma-I. Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as applicable in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital of Delhi, acting upon the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, has appointed Mr. Sanjay Sharma-I, an Officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service, as Principal District Judge. This appointment is on a regular basis and takes effect from the date Mr. Sharma-I assumes charge. The notification is issued by order and in the name of the Lt.
