In continuation of ten prior notifications issued between 16 December 2022 and 2 August 2023 (including F.8/174/2022/HP-II/2772-2785, F.8/193/2022/HP-II/2059-2072, F.8/194/2022/HP-II/2045-2058, F.8/192/2022/HP-II/2116-2129, F.8/110/2023/HP-II/2031-2044, F.8/56/2023/HP-II/2102-2115, F.8/163/2021/HP-II/2697-2710, F.8/127/2023/HP-II/2683-2696, F.8/238/2021/HP-II/2988-3002 and F.8/04/2023/HP-II/2088-2101) appointing Advocates Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Sh. Suraj Rathi, Sh. Amit Prasad and Sh. Madhukar Pandey as Special Public Prosecutors, the Home (Police-II) Department (Notification No. F.8/127/2023/HP-II/510-523, dated 29 February 2024) prescribed the applicable fee structure and terms and conditions. For Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, covering cases including FIR No. 16/2018 (PS Spl. Cell), FIR Nos. 239/2022, 237/2022 and 240/2022 (PS Spl. Cell), FIR No. 557/2021 (PS Moti Nagar), a case under Section 156(3) CrPC (PS EOW), and FIR Nos. 95/2022 and 124/21 (PS EOW), the recommended fees are Rs. 21,000 per effective hearing, Rs. 5,500 for junior counsel appearance, Rs. 10,000 for conference/consultation, Rs. 10,000 per drafted petition and Rs. 5,500 per miscellaneous application. For Sh. Amit Prasad and Sh. Madhukar Pandey (FIR No. 659/2022, PS Mehrauli), fees are Rs. 20,000 per effective appearance, Rs. 3,000 per non-effective appearance, Rs. 11,000 per conference, Rs. 5,000 per drafting/settling, plus 10% clerkage on the bill amount and actual expenses. For Sh. Suraj Rathi (FIR No. 355/2022, PS Shaheen Bagh), fees are Rs. 20,000 per effective hearing, Rs. 3,000 per non-effective hearing, Rs. 10,000 per conference, Rs. 5,000 per draft, plus 10% clerkage. For Sh. Amit Prasad separately, fees are Rs. 20,000 per effective hearing, Rs. 3,000 per non-effective hearing, Rs. 11,000 per conference, Rs. 5,000 per draft, plus 10% clerkage.
