Delhi, the 3rd November, 2025
No. F. 4/BYE (6)/SEC/LAW/2025/(i)/21316.—WHEREAS casual vacancies of Municipal Councillors
have occurred in 12 wards of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as shown below and bye-elections to fill the said
vacancies shall be held on 30/11/2025 in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Municipal Corporation
Act, 1957, (as amended till date) and the rules made thereunder:-

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 12 of the aforesaid Delhi
Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended. I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner, National Capital
Territory of Delhi, hereby call upon the electorates of all the above-mentioned 12 wards of the Municipal Corporation
of Delhi, to elect Councillors in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, Rules and Orders made thereunder
before 10/12/2025.
For the purpose of the above-mentioned bye-elections, the reservation status of each ward of Municipal
Corporation of Delhi mentioned above, is shown against each ward and accordingly, the seat in the said wards, shall
be filled by a candidate of the category mentioned against each ward in column
