Governor, of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to notify the following places as in Schedule below as "Designate Place" for the purposes of proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 265, proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 266 and Section 308 of the BharatiyaNagarikSurakshaSanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023). The Institutions/ Organisations establishing the Video Conferencing facility shall ensure compliance to the High Court of Delhi Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts 2021 while operationalizing the designated places, as amended from time to time.
