Suraj Rathi, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of CC No. 687/2010 & 82/2015, P. S. Paharganj, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 06.02.2026:- Detail of work | Proposed fee Appearance per hearing | Rs. 55,000/- Conference fee (per conference) | Rs. 25,000/- Drafting fee per application. | Rs. 35,000/- Reply of application | Rs. 25,000/- Clerkage | 10% of the total bill amount.
