No. DPCC/(12)(1)(493)Lab(A)/2024/Pt-A/6999—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) (b) of section 52 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act No. 06 of 1974), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies the Water Laboratory of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee as the State Water Laboratory to carry out the functions entrusted to the State Water Laboratory under the said Act. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of the publication in the official Gazette By Order and in the Name of Lt.
