No. 1/CI/OSD/Transfer of CETPs/2021-22/4584-97.-In exercise of powers conferred under Section 15 of the Delhi Common Effluent Treatment Plants Act, 2000 (Delhi Act 7 of 2000) and in supersession of Notification of this Govt. vide No.F.7(103)/CETP/2001/CI/351 dated 26.03.2001, the Commissioner of Industries, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby delegates powers exercisable by Appropriate Authority to the Chief Executive Officer of Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to exercise powers conferred on, and perform the functions assigned to Appropriate Authority under the Delhi Common Effluent Treatment Plants Act, 2000 in respect of CETPs in the industrial area under the control and maintenance of Delhi Jal Board.
