No. 164/H&FW/2022/Council/DCPTOT/Courtcase/2697 -2702 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 1997 (Delhi Act No. 7 of 1997) and in partial amendment of Notif ication No. F.17(75)/99 -MED/DHS/313/12920 dated 25.02.2014 issued by this Government, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Rules, 2014 as under: - 1. In Rule 1 4.15 (i), for the words, “the performance bank guarantee valid for the entire duration of such course” shall be substituted as “the performance bank guarantee valid for five years and renewable every five years thereafter for the entire duration of such co urse”. 2. In Rule 14.20 (iv), for the words, “if necessary, of the performance bank guarantee.” Shall be substituted as “if necessary, of the performance bank guarantee every five years till continuation of course.” By Order and in the Name of Lt.
