No. 5(626)/Lit./LJ&LA/2022/7836 -7885 .—dated: 31/07/2023 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 24 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973(Central Act 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for conducting any prosecution, appeal or other proceedings in the High Court of Delhi till further orders: — Sl.
