No. 33/334/2024/Home-III/ Part 2/330.— In exercise of the power conferred by Clause (g) of sub-section (4) of Section 329 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with S.O. 2506(E) dated 28th June, 2024, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lt Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby specifies the following officials of Forensic Science Laboratories of Delhi as 'Scientific Expert' for the purpose of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023: (i) Junior Scientific Assistant with three (03) years of experience (ii) Senior Scientific Assistant (iii) Junior Scientific Officer (iv) Senior Scientific Officer (v) Principal Director-cum-Chief Forensic Scientist This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
