F. No. 8/12/2025/HP-III/263-76. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the
Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Amit Prasad, Advocate
(Enrolment No. D/701/1998) as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in
case FIR No. 165/2024 dated 28.08.2024, u/s 3 and 4 of MCOC Act, P.S. Crime Branch, New Delhi on the following
fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 26.12.2024:-
