This notification, issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi through its Health and Family Welfare Department (Directorate Of Ayush) on April 28th, 2025, announces the appointment of Dr. Fasihur Rehman Ansari as Drugs Inspector (Unani). The appointment is made by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in exercise of powers conferred by Section 33(G) of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940, read with Section 8 of the Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. Dr. Ansari is authorized to perform all acts under the said Acts within the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
