No. AR/BKG/RCS/107730075/21-22/3087.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 12 of 1954), Section 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 (as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi), and clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi), the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby withdraws the powers of Assistant Collector Grade-I/II, conferred upon officials of any Co-operative Banks and Co-operative Societies registered under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003, for the purpose of recovery of dues as arrears of land revenue under the said Act. This Notification shall supersede all previous notifications issued in this regard, save in respect of any action taken or omission committed prior to the date of such supersession.
