No. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/348-359.—Whereas the land use of Ranikhera Industrial Area was earmarked for industrial use by approval of Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India vide letter no. K-12011/23/2009- DDIB dated 08th March 2010 and 26th May 2010 under Zonal Development Plan for Zone - “M” under the Master Plan of Delhi-2021. Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (k) of Section-2 of the Delhi Industrial Development, Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares Ranikhera Industrial area (consisting 28.19 acres of village Ranikhera and 118.56 Acres of village Mundka) to be developed as an Industrial Area under the provisions of Master Plan of Delhi-2021 and provisions of Delhi Industrial Development, Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
