Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Department of Atomic Energy, Stenographer Cadre (Secretariat), Group 'A' and 'B' Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Department of Atomic Energy, Stenographer Cadre (Secretariat), Group 'A' and 'B' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2024, in the Schedule,- (i) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Private Secretary, in Note 2, under column (11), for the portion beginning with the words "The marks obtained in the objective test or interview" and ending with the words "recommending the names for empanelment.", following shall be substituted, namely:- "The marks obtained in the objective test and interview will be taken into consideration among other parameters by the Selection Committee while recommending the names for empanelment."; (ii) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Principal Private Secretary, in Note 2, under column (11), for the portion beginning with the words "The marks obtained in the objective test or interview" and ending with the words "recommending the names for empanelment.", following shall be substituted, namely:- "The marks obtained in the objective test and interview will be taken into consideration among other parameters by the Selection Committee while recommending the names for empanelment.".
