Institute of Professional Studies And Research Center situated at Td College Campus, Sirmour Road, Vill. - Laxmanpur Lauva, Tehsil – Raipur Karculiyan, Distt. Rewa 486440 Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct Post Basic B.Sc(N) and M.S c(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/15297 -INC (52734) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Madh ya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Distt. Bhopal 462004 Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to, T.D. Institute of Professional Studies And Research Center situated at Td College Camp us, Sirmour Road, Vill. - Laxmanpur Lauva, Tehsil – Raipur Karculiyan, Distt. Rewa 486440 Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institut ion. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of T.D Institute of Professional Studies and Research Center Even the institution T.D Institute of Professional Studies and Research Center has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 16/08/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e. , clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run Post Basic B.Sc.(N) and M.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recogn ized qualification of Post Basic B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) from T.D. Institute of Professional Studies And Research Center situated at Td College Campus, Sirmour Road, Vill. - Laxmanpur Lauva, Tehsil – Raipur Karculiyan , Distt.
