Whereas, a notice no. 18 -18/15278 -INC (52741) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal secretary (Health & FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to Bhaskar College Of Nursing situated at Village - Panihar, Tehsil - Ghatigaon, Gwalior, Distt. - Gwalior, Pin Code - 475330, Madhya Pradesh . In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Bhaskar College of Nursing . Even the institution , Bhaskar College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 07/06//2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM and B.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM and B.Sc (N) from Bhaskar College Of Nursing situated at Village Panihar, Tehsil - Ghatigaon, Gwalior, Distt. - Gwalior, Pin Code - 475330, Madhya Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh Lt.
