6899 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4562] NEW DELHI, TUES DAY , OCTOBER 31, 2023/ KARTIKA 9, 1945 CG-DL-E-31102023-249814 MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Department of Justice) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31 st October, 2023 S.O. 4750 (E).—In pursuance of sub -section (1) and clause (c) of su b-section (2) of section 3 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), read with rule 3 and 7 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, nominates the followi ng Members to the National Legal Services Authority and for that purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), vide number S.O. 582 (E), dated the 13th August, 1997, namely : - In the said notification, - (i) for serial numbers 5, 6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto, the follo wing serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: - “5. Hon'ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, Former Chief Justice, Orissa High Court -Member 6. Mr. Siddharth Agarwal, Senior Advocate -Member 7. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Arun Palli, Judge, High Court of Punjab and Haryana and Executive Chairman, Haryana State Legal Services Authority -Member”; (ii) for serial numbers 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 and the entries relatin g thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: - “9.
