Chandrakant Vasant Bhadang, as President, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), to a period of 05 (five) years w.e.f. 23rd October, 2023, or till his attaining the age of 70 (seventy) years, or further orders, if any, whichever is earliest.
