(1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya (Third Amendment) Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in Annexure 3, under the heading “A Individuals", for the paragraph number LYi.012 and the entries relating thereto, the following paragraph and entries shall be substituted, namely:- "LYi.012 Name: 1: MOHAMMED 2: MUAMMAR 3: QADHAFI 4: na Title: na Designation: na DOB: 1970 POB: Tripoli, Libya Good quality a.k.a.: Muhammed Muammar Muhammed Abdul Salam Low quality a.k.a.: na Nationality: na Passport no: Oman number 03824969, issued on 4 May 2014 National identification no: Oman 97183904 Address: Oman (Believed status/location: Sultanate of Oman) Listed on: 26 Feb. 2011 ( amended on 2 Apr. 2012, 4 Sep. 2013, 26 Sep. 2014, 29 Apr. 2021) Other information: Listed pursuant to paragraphs 15 and 17 of resolution 1970 (Asset Freeze).
