No. 18 -18/13591 -INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nurs ing Council hereby issues the following order :— Whereas, Aadarsh Nursing College situated at Gram – Jetpura, Vill. - Jetpura, Tehsil – Dhar, Distt. Dhar 454001 Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Regi stration Council to conduct GNM, B.Sc(N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/13591 -INC (52731) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principa l Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (VallabhBhawan) Area Hills, Distt. Bhopal 462004 Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to Aadarsh Nursing College situated at Gram – Jetpura, Vill. - Jetpura, Tehsil – Dhar, Distt. Dhar 454001 Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institutio n. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Aadarsh Nursing College Even the institution Aadarsh Nursing College has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter i n its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 23/02/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies whi ch constitut e that the institution is unable to run GNM, B.Sc(N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification o f GNM, B.Sc( N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) from Aadarsh Nursing College situated at Gram – Jetpura, Vill. - Jetpura, Tehsil – Dhar, Distt.
