The Ministry of Civil Aviation, through this notification dated 30th April, 2025, announces that the Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Act, 2025 (Act No. 17 of 2025), has appointed the 1st day of May, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
