And whereas, the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) has considered it expedient to amend the said regulations to provide for an Appellate Authority for the employees of the Prasar Bharati. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 read with sub-section (5) of section 11 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act 1990 (25 of 1990), the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2016, namely:- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2016, in regulation 4, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely:- "TABLE
