NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th November, 2025
S.O. 5446(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notify
the following private entities as notified accredited prospecting agencies, accredited by the Quality Council of India
National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, specified in column (3) of the Table below for carrying out
prospecting operations for the exploration of Coal and Lignite, namely:-
